Built Using the Right Materials

AOD products are built from whatever the job demands. Hard goods start with 5052 aluminum — strong, corrosion resistant, and lightweight. Soft goods are built from Cordura, marine grade nylon, ripstop, webbing, and slip-not grip fabric. Every material is chosen for performance, not cost.

Made by People
Who Actually Use It.

AOD exists because we couldn't find van hardware that met our standard. Everything on the market was either overpriced and overbuilt with features you don't need, or cheap enough to fail when you need it most. We built what we wanted to drive away with.

Every AOD product starts on a van — our van, our team's vans. We fabricate from our shop in Southern Utah, in the middle of the terrain we're designing for. The desert doesn't care about spec sheets. We care about what happens when you're 200 miles from the nearest town and your rack is loaded.

AOD is the fabrication arm of Adventure Overland Gear. Same values, same standard. If it has an AOD badge, it was built here, tested here, and it will outlast whatever road you put it on.

Grab your order number and take a few photos of the problem. That's all we need to get started.

Contact

Message us through the AOG store. Send the photos and your order number and we'll take it from there.

Review

We'll look at what happened and get back to you within 7 business days with a straight answer on what we can do.

Fixed

If it's a defect, we send a replacement — part or full product. You ship it back, we cover the return cost on approved claims.
